Every where I take these meatballs, people ask me for the recipe. I find that if I add shredded mozzarella cheese and some spices like italian seasoning, it really adds to the flavor. I use tin foil in the pans so the meatballs don't stick. I keep playing with variations of the recipe - shredded cheddar and monteray cheeses work well with a BBQ sauce. The sky is the limit with this great base recipe!
