I made this the other night for my family, and my husband thought he had died and went to food heaven! I too used the mushroom gravy mix, and added sauteed mushrooms to the gravy (as my husband is a huge fungus fan!) I also doubled the amount of creamy mushroom sauce. I seved over egg noodles, and steamed aspargus on the side. What a delightful and easy dinner!! My husband even asked me when I was going to make it again!
