I made the meatballs for a Christmas Eve Party. I had never made meatballs before. I could not find Stove Top for Beef, so I used the stuffing mix for chicken and substituted beef broth for the water. The flavors in this recipe is wonderful! This a recipe that I will use over and over again. Everyone at party enjoyed this dish.

OMG!!!! These meatballs were amazing, I made this recipe for a put-luck at work the other day and ppl are still asking for the recipe! They are soooo moist and flavourfull, I did add salt and pepper (but that is just me). I do recomend this with some rice though, it was killer!

Excellent meatball recipe. To add a little extra flavor I made more sauce with extra gravy and sour cream. Also the meatballs could use a little salt and pepper to taste. But, very good dish and I will definitely make it again!

I used Herb stuffing mix, with fresh celery, onions sliced thin. My daughter, neighbor, friends and myself enjoyed this dish so much, I've made it twice more. I served this with white rice. Fantastic

I FOUND THIS RECIPE ALONG WITH ANOTHER IN A MAGAZINE AT THE DENTIST'S OFFICE WHILE I WAS WAITING. MY MEATBALLS ARE USUALLY TOUGH AND DON'T HAVE A LOT OF FLAVOR. THIS RECIPE WAS OUTSTANDING. IT WAS EASY TO MAKE. THEY TURNED OUT TENDER AND TASTY.
