This is a fantastic and surprisingly easy recipe. I'm not much of a cook and yet everyone will "ooh" and "ahh" over these meatballs. I did, however, substitute for fat free gravy, fat free sour cream, and lean ground turkey for a lighter version. I also substituted the water with low sodium beef broth. It still tasted great and I have made them several times for parties or over whole wheat pasta. Thanks for the recipe!
