This is a great combination of flavors! I will make this a lot!

I made this as an appetizer for my women's group and while everyone thought that it looked good, and that it sounded like it would taste good, no one liked it. The spread itself was not of a creamy consistency, and kind of clumped together. The taste of the Ritz crackers seemed to overpower the taste of the spread.

I made this with fat free cream cheese, low fat sour cream, and 2% grated cheese- no one knew the difference. This is a unique spread and it is now part of my low fat repertoire.
