Bland and too sticky.
This was easy to make and good.Like others have mentioned, the chicken was kind of bland.I would make it again only I would use garlic to cook with the chicken or maybe even some lemon juice to give it more zing.
This was really good. I did add some garlic powder and some red pepper flakes for some extra flavor. Easy to make!
Very good - I love the flavor of roasted red peppers & even my husband who doesn't eat peppers loved the flavor. I also add salt & pepper when I cook chicken for flavor. I also added red pepper flakes for added spice.
My husband is not very much of a pasta eater but he loved the flavor of the roasted peppers and basil. It was a hit with him and my 6 year old son. Would make it again for company.
Needed something fast to bring to a potluck (transferred it to a warm CrockPot for the trip). Just added some salt to the chicken. Was a sucess the 3 times I made it for gatherings. Will try next time with shrimp like the other comments suggeted! A keeper.
I used soy milk and soy cream cheese and left out the chicken. it was pretty tasty! I also roasted 3 red peppers for this instead of using jarred peppers. Its a fast, easy meal and I think next time I'll use some tofu to replace the chicken.
This recipe was very good overall. The chicken needed a little zip.
I used fresh garlic when cooking the chicken and added some red pepper flakes to the sauce. I also added salt & pepper. It turned out excellent. I will definitely make this recipe again.
This was good, but I think it was a bit bland. My kids liked it though. I probably will make it again, but I'm going to add some garlic and a bit of cayenne pepper (just a bit).
