Love, love, loved this recipe! The boyfriend wasn't a huge fan but he still ate it.

SO very good!! I used an entire creamcheese bar, salt and pepper as well as the entire jar of roasted red peppers (16 oz). I also seasoned the chicken in the skillet while it was cooking with salt, pepper and oregano.

This was pretty good! Very heavy, probably my fault. I added a lot of extra ingredients, like ricotta cheese and a dollup of sour cream. Used dried basil instead, definitely would have been better with fresh. Not too bad though!

I personally thought this was easy, different, and good. However, no one in my family agreed :( The roasted red pepper gives this dish a very different taste and color so if you want to try something new go for it! I will make for myself again.

This was a quick recipe to make when I got home from work. It was also very delicious. I'd maybe add a bit more spice to it.

Delicious! I used dried basil instead of fresh, and I added some crushed red pepper flakes. It tasted like something from a gourmet restaurant. I will definitely make this again!

I really enjoyed this pasta dish a lot! I love the red pepper! If you want a little kick, I recommend maybe adding some crushed hot peppers. This was a unique tasting dish because of the red pepper, but it was unique in the sense that it was wonderful! Try it out!
