Wonderful! This has automatically become a favorite! Who knew such a creamy dish could be so low in fat?

I thought it tasted like there was way too much basil. I really didn't like the basil is was too fresh. It was almost like I was eating grass.

I make this several times a month. I omit the milk and toss some oil-packed sun dried tomatoes in - everyone loves it!

Its a very simple recipe and my family (5 year old twins and a somewhat picky husband) enjoyed it. I would have liked more flavor. Maybe not blend the peppers in the sauce next time, instead chop them up...not sure

The reason so many people probably found this dish to be bland is because it doesn't call for you to season the chicken. I found that seasoning it helps make it less bland.

It was a little more dry than I expected. I thought it would be creamier and have more sauce than it actually did. I found that it didn't have much taste to it either. Pretty good for a low fat recipe though.

I made a few changes to this recipe. I used 3 cups of pasta, 3 oz. cream cheese, 3 oz. ricotta cheese, 1/4 cup whole milk, 12 oz. roasted red peppers, and 3 tablespoons parm. cheese. I used 1/2 cup of basil, like the recipe calls for. This turned out delicious!!!

This was very bland, very little flavor. I added roasted minced garlic, oregano, and red pepper flakes to give it a little more flavor.
