My guests loved the dip, but most requested more garlic to bring out more of the crab flavor.

I've made this appetizer for the past few parties that I have attended and every time I was asked for the recipe. I added a little more garlic and italian seasoning for some extra flavor.

I suggest use monterey jack cheese instead of the mozerella it is easier to dip and add a splash of milk or cream or even stock and also i cooked the vegies just a little before baking I also find that I run out so i make a double batch and i add shrimp its out of this world

Very good-I used fat free cream cheese and low fat cheese to make it a little heathier-no one knew.
