I, being a Pepperhead, added more flare using smoked chiptole peppers. I used red, yellow& green bell peppers. Of course, sweet valadia onions and freshly ground black Peppercorns. Grilled jerk chicken breast strips in a fresh spinach tortilla w/ low-fat feta cheese. Mmmmm,Mmmm.......Good!! I ga-roan-tee.
