My whole family loved it!! Even my picky teenager! The one thing I did diffenrently was that I added more Italian dressing at the end (appx 1/4 c. ) while simmering all together for more flavor. I would try tri-tip next time for more tender meat.

Absolutely excellent. I used frozen pepper strips instead of fresh pepper. Added a side dish of black beans & yellow corn, seasoned with garlic powder, cilantro & cumin.

This recipe was very good and a fun twist to dinnertime. My husband said it was his new favorite dinner! I thought it was pretty good, but the beef was kind of hard. Serving it with Sour cream adds a better balance to the taste.

My girls and I love fajitas! I use boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into strips instead of beef. I also use corn as well as flour tortillas for variety and a greek dressing for marinade and add a squeeze of fresh lemon and a dash of cumin. I also marinade longer.

My family has made this many times. We really like it. Only thing we did different was to add extra dressing. Also, we already had a home made season mix for Italian dressing, so we just used that. It worked fine too!

I used another brand of Italian dressing and it seemed to work great. I only added cheese. It did not need anything else, the meat was very tender and the taste was great just as it was.
