Instead of 2 green peppers, use one red and one green. Also, use a white or red onion for a better flavor.

To cuddlesbear try adding a few sliced fresh jalapeno peppers to the mix and go for an onion with more taste. I live in deep South Texas and this is a favorite dish. Also try fresh corse ground black pepper. Note: Becareful how you handle the jalapeno peppers they burn anything they touch use a fork to hold them when you slice them do not touch eyes or other parts of skin.

The recipe sounded good, but it was too bland when we made it. We're used to eating peppers and onions so maybe it was just us. It wasn't a "Wow!" dish, but rather an "eh".

I love fajitas, and I love this recipe for fajitas. The Italian dressing adds a great flavor to the steak. My husband ate way more than usual when I made them last night, so he liked them too.

For more color I used green, red and orange peppers instead of just green.
