I followed the recipe, with some minor exceptions. Instead of cooking spray, I used a small amount of extra virgin olive oil to cook chicken in, then added,2 14.5oz. cans of Italian stewed tomatos, along with the broccoli, 1 medium zuccini sliced,1/4 cup orange bell pepper,1/4 cup diced red onion.Next time, I will also make the pasta rinse and then add it. Also, I did not use Velveeta, I used Kraft Four Cheese Italian Cheese and added that to the top. Makes a beautiful presentation, very easy and tastes WONDEFUL! I will make this again and again. I'm a beginner cook and found this recipe fairly easy to execute. I cooked the pasta separately, however, as I was unsure if the water would "drown" the chicken out...then I combined everything together. My family really liked the meal! I will definitely make it again.

Simple to make and all ages enjoyed. Could also be very versatile.

My husband actually thought the pepper was a little too much, so next time I might cut back on the pepper. But overall, this was a quick and delicious recipe!

Easy one skillet meal! I used italian marinated chicken that I had on hand, which gave it plenty of flavor.
