Everyone loved this! Easier than I expected. Next time I'm substituting the corn for a mexican-corn-bean mix.

Time consuming only in the prep dept. I think that their estimate of of 10 min. should be more like 15-20 with all the chopping.

LOVE this! My kids loved it too. Instead of Velvetta I used Campbells Cheddar Cheese Soup and about 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese and 1/2 cup milk. VERY GOOD! This is going to be a regular.

It was good but had way too many potatoes in it..

This recipe was easy to make. I used ground turkey instead of beef to make it leaner. I felt that overall it had a good taste, but could probably use some more kick.

Yuck! I made this and neither of my 2 kids would eat it, nor would my husband. I managed to eat a little, but definitely will not make this again. It had a sweetness to it that none of us could stomach. Yuck!

I thought this was a great recipe. I used ground turkey instead of beef and added a bit more peppers/onions/corn than what was called for because I love my veggies and I think it adds a lot of flavor. I also used Velveeta 2%. Garnished with fat free sour cream and salsa and it was delicious!!!!

My husband & I enjoyed this. Just the right amount of seasoning; not too spicy. Great dish!
