Both my husband and I liked this recipe.It was g0ood. It was easy. I substituted Kraft shredded cheddar for the Velveeta cheese.I will definitely make this again.

I would add some sliced olives and chopped chiles. It was easy and delicious but these additions would give it more flavor.

This was not one of our favorite recipes. Neither of my kids or my husband liked it. The only thing I did different was I used hashbrowns instead of the diced hasbrowns...shouldn't make a difference in taste.

This recipe is easy to make and delicious!! Goes great with corn muffins and cold Margarita's!!

This was pretty bland by itself, if I make it again, I will probably add a small can of diced green chilis. Then maybe top before serving with sour cream and salsa.

My husband liked this...he ate all of the leftovers the next day. He actually said it's 3.5 out of 5 stars. Good flavor! He liked it with a little extra shredded cheese, but I thought it was really good as is.

We really like this. I add a can of rotel and don't use the full bag of potatoes.
