The hashbrowns started falling apart, but it was still pretty good. Very cheesy, almost too much. It's a dish you can alter to fit your moods, by adding different veggies or pasta shapes, etc. I'll try it again.

My family absolutley loves this meal. It is very easy to make as well. I make it quiet regularly.

I had regular potatoes and decided to to cut those up and use them instead. i cook the potatoes in a separate skillet first though. It still turned out really good. everyone loved it.

This recipe was even better than I thought it would be. I made one modification which was to use hash browns with pepper and onion already in them instead of cutting peppers and onions myself. It was fantastic! I thought we would have leftovers but everyone loved it. If you are not a Velveeta lover, you won't taste it but if you want to leave it out, I think it would be great even without it.

My husband said it was as good as what he used to eat in Texas. I loved it too. I spiced it up with hot sauce & spicey garlic flavored ketchup.

i used the potatoes with the peppers and onions already in it.... cook those first before adding the rest!!!!!!! exellent !!!!!!!!!!!!!
