i used the potatoes with the peppers and onions already in it.... cook those first before adding the rest!!!!!!! exellent !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't cook, and this was one of my few attempts EVER. It came out great! A very hearty meal, and it was so simple to make!

It was OK. My kids loved it. The adults...not so much. I think I would have been better off cutting out the velveeta and using cream of mushroom soup and real cheese. I can judge a recipe by whether or not I have leftovers. This one had plenty of leftovers. Won't be making this again.

I made this reciepe last evening, it was great. I added the velvetta mexican mild cheese, it spiced it up not to hot just right, my boyfriend loved it, thanks I love your website.
