We added a few extra spices, jalapenos, salsa, Mexican Velveeta cheese, Tabasco sauce, crushed tortilla chips..13x9 pan and barely a quarter left :) Me thinks the two men liked it!

It was good, but did not have enough flavor or spice for us. Probably will not make it again.

I am giving this a fair review, kids would not touch it too spicy for them, hubby and I ate it but I will not make again, too spicy for some and not enough spice for others. I

I made this recipe as it was written. It was very good and I would make this again. Great for leftovers.

Easy to make and very good. think i'll add some mexican chouizo with the hamburger next time for a little bit of heat.

Quick and easy! I added crescent rolls to the top for the last 15 minutes of baking time and it was delicious! I will be making this again!

Yummy!! My husband had thirds and both my teenage kids liked this. Made a few changes. I used shredded hash brown potatoes and Mexican grated cheese blend since that's what I had on hand. Also added about 1/4 c. salad to avoid it being dry since I didn't have Velvetta. Topped the casserole with the grated cheese and some crushed black bean and garlic dorito chips (great way to use up the last of the chips in the bag). Super tasty.
