We really like this. I add a can of rotel and don't use the full bag of potatoes.

My husband and I both enjoyed this recipe. Instead of putting it in the oven, I made it on the stove on medium heat until the potatoes were tender. I added a few shakes of garlic powder and added some chopped jalapeno. I topped it with cheddar cheese and my husband and I both thought it was really good with a little bit of Ranch dressing on top of each serving. We'll make this one agan, but it's not a regular.

I made this one the other night, it was so good and easy. I put a little dollop of sour cream on top, very tasty.

I made this last night for my 3 daughters (ages 3, 8, 14), they loved it. I sprinkled it with shredded mexi-blend cheese after baking and I put a dollop of sour cream on top of each serving. Yummy!
