Easy to make but the family did not go back for seconds. This dish is not one I will make again.

I'm in a group that takes food to the Ronald McDonald House Family Room at Children's Mercy Hospital in KCMO. We are always looking for new recipes that can be made in mass quantity for not too much money. This recipe met our criteria perfectly. It was very tasty. The guests loved it, many asked for the recipe.

It was one of the worst recipes I have tried off this site. I was barely able to get any of it down. My husband and brother ate it but had to put so much hot sauce on it that it was more hot sauce then anything else. Not ever making it again.

This was easy to make. My husband & I really liked this. Next time I might add some sharp cheddar cheese. I will definitely make this again.

Really enjoy this recipe, I add a little extra cheese, and it's great!

Not bad, but not great. Middle of the road. Needs more spices - Might try adding Cumin and black beans, next time, if I try again.

Very good and very fast recipe. I too did what my daughter (ajbabb) did by using frozen potaoes with peppers and onions. I also used 93/7% ground beef and 2% Velveeta to make it a low cal dish.

Great flavor! Very easy to make, too! I used shredded potatoes w/peppers in onions so I omitted the chopped pepper and onion. Soooo good!
