I made it for my family tonight. I doubled the potatoes and taco seasoning only because my family loves spice. The taco seasoning being doubled was a mistake but still turned out great. I will definitely make this again.

My family really liked this recipe. My five year old ate three helpings at dinner and asked that the leftovers be saved for lunch the next day. We will definitely eat this again.

My family of four just didn't think this was the best recipe. It was edible, but it wasn't anything we would want to have for dinner again.
