We love this recipe- my husband is just crazy about it and raves about it. I make this at least once a month, calories be darned! :)
This recipe is "to die for". I have tried several others and this is simple and most impressive to serve. I use heart shaped ramekins. I also have used different kinds of chocolate for with great results
This is soooo good! It is very impressive! My husband went to dinner at a very nice restaurant and had something very similar to this and I have been searching for the recipe. I now have it and have made it several times and impress everyone when I do. It is soo neat to cut into something and melted chocolate pour out from the inside! They are so easy to make too but look so hard! Thanks!
I made this for my family because it reminded me of the cake in the "molten lava cake" at Chili's . It was absolutely delicious! I topped it with the whipped topping, drizzled chocolate syrup, strawberries, and made small chocolate hearts out of candy melts. It was wonderful!
this recipe was beautiful, perfect for the chocolate lover.
I made these cakes for my husbands birthday instead of the traditional chocolate cake, and we loved them! He kept on asking how I got the "molten" in the cakes, and I just smiled like it was my little secret that had taken all day! Instead of whipped cream, I topped them with powerdered sugar and fresh raspberries, yum! These are so delicious and rich, it truly looks restaurant quality. I will defintely make these again, and share them with friends and family!
Don't have souffle dishes or custard cups... would a muffin tray work? <<< From Mary, Kraft Kitchens Expert ~ A paper-lined muffin tin can be used in place of the custard cups. Makes 12 cakes. >>>
In two days my husband has already made this twice. It is easy to make and tastes heavenly. We drippes chocolate and carmel on top and served with ice cream. My grandmother made the statement " No telling what you would pay for this in a restaurant".
I decided to make this desert for my hubby and a few friends for the first time last week. It was so easy and they turned out perfect!!! Nobody believed that it was my first time making them. A few days later we decided to make them for a dinner party and I had 12 in the oven at the same time and over cooked them a bit. They were still good, just not as much of a filling- so be sure not to over cook! Regardless- Both times they were a great hit!!!
I just love this recipe, it is so easy to make. I did not have the right bowls to cook it in so I used soup bowls.
