What You Need

pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

1/2

cup butter

cup powdered sugar

whole eggs

egg yolks

Tbsp. flour

1/2

cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Enjoy serving MAXWELL HOUSE coffee with this delicious recipe.

Make It

HEAT oven to 425°F.

BUTTER 4 small custard cups; place on baking sheet.

MICROWAVE chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until butter is melted; whisk until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in sugar. Add whole eggs and egg yolks; mix well. Stir in flour. Spoon into prepared cups.

BAKE 13 to 14 min. or until sides of desserts are firm but centers are still soft. Let stand 1 min. Carefully run small spatula or knife around cakes to loosen; invert into dessert plates. Serve warm with COOL WHIP.

My husband loves this recipe. It has become his favorite. We have found that it is very popular when served with vanilla ice cream. I will definately be making this again.

YUMMMMMMMY! Not only did it taste good...it made the entire kitchen smell divine! I baked them while we ate dinner, but then I forget them and washed the dishes, so they sat in the oven, which was turned off but still warm, and it baked away the gooey center...but still...it ws sooooooooooooooooooo gooood!

I am not a fan of chocolate cake. However, this quickly turned me into one! It was outstanding, sooo easy & quick to make and my family loved it!
