What You Need

pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

1/2

cup butter

cup powdered sugar

whole eggs

egg yolks

Tbsp. flour

1/2

cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Enjoy serving MAXWELL HOUSE coffee with this delicious recipe.

Make It

HEAT oven to 425°F.

BUTTER 4 small custard cups; place on baking sheet.

MICROWAVE chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until butter is melted; whisk until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in sugar. Add whole eggs and egg yolks; mix well. Stir in flour. Spoon into prepared cups.

BAKE 13 to 14 min. or until sides of desserts are firm but centers are still soft. Let stand 1 min. Carefully run small spatula or knife around cakes to loosen; invert into dessert plates. Serve warm with COOL WHIP.

We all LOVE these! I make them in the muffin cups and take them to school for the kids' birthday treats. Fast, easy and delicious!!!

This was my third attempt making this recipe and it came as perfect as could be. The first time I tried in medium muffin pans and it came out good but the core was not molten...the second time tried in custard cups, but the cakes fell apart when I inverted them... This time I tried it in jumbo muffin pan, based on one of the reviews...and it came out really perfect. The recipe measured for 4 jumbo muffin cups. I did not use any liner, but when I inverted the pan it came out nice and clean and the most yummiest molten chocolate cakes...the whole family was impressed...This is one of the best chocolate recipes...Definitely a keeper...

Delicious! I have made these again and again. My husband always requests these on his birthday and he is a HUGE chocolate lover! Very easy and oh-so satisfying!

This is an easy, quick, yummy recipe. My husband is a chocolate lover and begs me to make these. You can even put them in the fridge and make them the next day. Def a winner! Add some powdered sugar on top with vanilla ice cream. You will never have to get it at chili's again!
