What You Need

pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

1/2

cup butter

cup powdered sugar

whole eggs

egg yolks

Tbsp. flour

1/2

cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Enjoy serving MAXWELL HOUSE coffee with this delicious recipe.

Make It

HEAT oven to 425°F.

BUTTER 4 small custard cups; place on baking sheet.

MICROWAVE chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until butter is melted; whisk until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in sugar. Add whole eggs and egg yolks; mix well. Stir in flour. Spoon into prepared cups.

BAKE 13 to 14 min. or until sides of desserts are firm but centers are still soft. Let stand 1 min. Carefully run small spatula or knife around cakes to loosen; invert into dessert plates. Serve warm with COOL WHIP.

I cooked the muffins for 13 minutes but the centers were not molten. I used a convection oven so I may have to reduce the bake time to about 10 minutes. I'll redo the recipe to reduce the fat and use Splenda.

I saw this recipe in the Food & Family Magazine and had to try it right away, it looked so good. It is Great! What a chocolate fix! I will definitely make this one again.

This is very good, and freezer friendly. I freeze the entire recipe and take out however many I need at a time, bake as directed.
