What You Need

pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

1/2

cup butter

cup powdered sugar

whole eggs

egg yolks

Tbsp. flour

1/2

cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Make It

HEAT oven to 425°F.

BUTTER 4 small custard cups; place on baking sheet.

MICROWAVE chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until butter is melted; whisk until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in sugar. Add whole eggs and egg yolks; mix well. Stir in flour. Spoon into prepared cups.

BAKE 13 to 14 min. or until sides of desserts are firm but centers are still soft. Let stand 1 min. Carefully run small spatula or knife around cakes to loosen; invert into dessert plates. Serve warm with COOL WHIP.

I simply love this recipe. This is an adorable dessert, comparable to those of chain restaurants, and it tastes great too. Be sure to use good chocolate though.

I have made these many times. They always turn out soooo good. I serve them with scoops of vanilla bean ice cream. You may want to double the recipe if you have teenage boys in your house. :-)

This is one of the BEST chocolate recipes!!! So chocolatey good! It is fast and super easy to make, and you will most likely always have these ingredients on hand! Mine doesn't come out quite as gooey as the picture looks but that's probably because I usually cook it a little longer than I probably should. None the less it is still Delicious!

I LOVE this cake!!! So easy to make and so delicious. I gave it a try as soon as I saw the recipe. I cut the recipe in half and bake it for 14 min. I also added 1/4 tsp of raspberry and orange extract. The recipe is so simple yet gives so much flavor and taste so moist! It turned out just as expected -- molten..... heavenly...

This recipe is a sure fire winner for any people who love chocolate! I made it for a few dinner parties and EVERYONE loved it! I give people the recipe and no one believes it can be so easy and taste soooo good! I tried and true winner for me...HANDS DOWN! I bake them in the muffin cups and I think they are just the perfect size. Try and enjoy

Every time I make these Molton Choclate Cakes everyone RAVES about them and begs for the receipe. Besides being delicious it is great to be able to make them the day before, frees you up to make other items on the day you are having company.

I made this for my family and it was delicious. Partcularly good while still warm inside with a cold cup of milk.
