What You Need

pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

1/2

cup butter

cup powdered sugar

whole eggs

egg yolks

Tbsp. flour

1/2

cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Enjoy serving MAXWELL HOUSE coffee with this delicious recipe.

Make It

HEAT oven to 425°F.

BUTTER 4 small custard cups; place on baking sheet.

MICROWAVE chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until butter is melted; whisk until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in sugar. Add whole eggs and egg yolks; mix well. Stir in flour. Spoon into prepared cups.

BAKE 13 to 14 min. or until sides of desserts are firm but centers are still soft. Let stand 1 min. Carefully run small spatula or knife around cakes to loosen; invert into dessert plates. Serve warm with COOL WHIP.

This recipe is AMAZING!!!! If you're a chocolate lover you have to try this. I shared it with my friends once and now they always ask me to make it for dessert when we get together.

I did a trial run today because I'll be making this recipe on Valentine's Day for me and my Fiancé. This dessert is one of our favorites from an upscale restaurant we visit occasionally. The Kraft recipe is just the same, if not better. I'm so excited that not only is it tasty, it's easy and a sure crowd pleaser.

Tastes like a high end restaurant dessert. So easy to make and can be made ahead and stored in refrigerator for several days before baking. Always a hit with hubby or company. Never fails to please chocolate lovers! Use a good quality chocolate.

This was AWESOME and VERY easy to make!! I am by no means a baker and I could pull it off :) To the person who asked about it sticking, what I did was take a stick of butter and rub it all over the dishes I cooked the cake it, then took a paper towel and smoothed the butter out to a thin layer all around. They came out beuatifully!!

Rich, but delicious! I'm new to baking and cooking and I found this recipe incredibly easy! Also great with french vanilla ice cream :)
