What You Need

pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

1/2

cup butter

cup powdered sugar

whole eggs

egg yolks

Tbsp. flour

1/2

cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Enjoy serving MAXWELL HOUSE coffee with this delicious recipe.

Make It

HEAT oven to 425°F.

BUTTER 4 small custard cups; place on baking sheet.

MICROWAVE chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until butter is melted; whisk until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in sugar. Add whole eggs and egg yolks; mix well. Stir in flour. Spoon into prepared cups.

BAKE 13 to 14 min. or until sides of desserts are firm but centers are still soft. Let stand 1 min. Carefully run small spatula or knife around cakes to loosen; invert into dessert plates. Serve warm with COOL WHIP.

This was delicious! Everyone at my dinner party loved it. I made it ahead of time and just had to slip it in the oven at dessert time. This is a very impressive dessert that I will make again and again.

Everyone raved about it. It was truly delicious, but very rich. I made it in 5 cups instead of 4 and it was still more than enough.

As a new bride, I was was looking for a treat to make that would WOW my husband. This certainly did the trick. In fact, he had me make them two nights in a row. It is so easy, and is a very quick recipe. It tastes like something that would be complicated to make...The only thing, they are very rich so I halved the recipe so it only made two. Be sure to buy more than you need!! They'll want more!

This was terrific. I made it ahead, then baked it the next day for a great desert hot out of the oven. Be careful not to over bake.
