What You Need

pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

1/2

cup butter

cup powdered sugar

whole eggs

egg yolks

Tbsp. flour

1/2

cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Enjoy serving MAXWELL HOUSE coffee with this delicious recipe.

Make It

HEAT oven to 425°F.

BUTTER 4 small custard cups; place on baking sheet.

MICROWAVE chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until butter is melted; whisk until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in sugar. Add whole eggs and egg yolks; mix well. Stir in flour. Spoon into prepared cups.

BAKE 13 to 14 min. or until sides of desserts are firm but centers are still soft. Let stand 1 min. Carefully run small spatula or knife around cakes to loosen; invert into dessert plates. Serve warm with COOL WHIP.

I made this for a birthday party. It can be made ahead of time so it is easy to do at the last minute. The cakes are delicious and spectacular! All my guests were impressed! Barbara

Much easier than other versions I tried, and it wasn't too sweet, which was a concern using semi-sweek chocolate instead of bittersweet. I'm passing it on as one of my favorites!

Decadent, Fast and Easy. I made as a Valentines Desert for the family. Melted a few chocolate chips, put melted chocolate in a sandwich baggie, snipped of a tiny corner of the bag and one a wax paper lined cookie sheet made hearts. Put them in fridge to set and when desert was finished in oven, topped with a dollop of whip cream and a heart. Super Easy to do.

I make many desserts and this ranks right up there. My family said it was one of the best desserts I have ever made. This dessert was so easy to make. We had our seminarian over for dinner and while chatting I made this and served it. Got two thumbs up from 5 men!

Delicious and satistying for any chocolate lover! A recipe even an inexperienced baker can make with ease. While these are best served warm they're equally yummy the next day...that is IF you have any left.
