i love truffles, but have never tried making them before, but these look so easy and beautifull i will give them a shot! (i will stripe them in melted, colored white chocolate instead of dark fo a splash of color)

These truffles were soooo good!! even though they took a while to make, and were pretty messy, they were DELiCiOUS!! I would definately make them again!!

i end up not putting chocolate on the top so that left me with leftover chocolate to use to double the recipe. I took these with me to a holiday party and were a huge hit

They were the hit at our Christmas party! Very rich. With practice, they will look more like the picture!!!

Practice definitely makes perfect when trying to make them round! Keep the ugly ones for yourself, as they are fabulous!

Made these for a holiday dessert tray- they were a hit. Easy to make and tasty. I did have a hard time getting them all the same size. tried to use a melon baller- it didn't work. but they were really good.
