I made this recipie with the Ceasar dressing & used real bacon rather than bacon bits & served it over brown rice. It was delicious & I will definitely make it again!
I did the poppyseed dressing option, and it was not very flavorful, all I could taste was the chicken and the rice. There wasn't enough sauce either , but I don't think I would make that version of the chicken ever again.
We made the italian version and we loved it! We added more brocolli to it because we are big veggie eaters! My husband loved it and he is very picky. We are looking forward to trying the ceasar version.

i made the zesty italian version. very good. This gives you lots of flexibility to add and change what you like
I made the Greek option. My husband and I both enjoyed it. Would definately make again!
I made the zesty chicken one. It was super yummy! I left out the onion and used fat free monz cheese.
(I made the peach-pea recipe). It was very good- I would recommend serving it with rice on a warm summer evening for a light meal. The flavor was good, but I think I want to add more peaches next time. Also, the sauce was very thin, so I think I will blend half the peaches to make the sauce a little thicker.

Holy geez! The first time I made this I was VERY new to cooking and I goofed and put waaaayyy too much garlic (I decline to mention how much I used). Anyway, my hubby was reluctant for me to make it again, but it was so yummy the second time around that he's quite a fan of this recipe. We like the peaches and peas combo. Pay attention to those measurements.... :)
