Take 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.), 1 Tbsp. oil and 1/4 cup chicken broth and mix & match your recipe from these options...

KRAFT Dressing options	seasoning choices	vegetable & add-in possibilities
Greek Vinaigrette Dressing	1 onion, chopped; 1 tsp. dried thyme leaves	1 red pepper, sliced; 1/4 cup ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese; 12 pitted black olives
Zesty Italian Dressing	1 red onion, chopped; 1 tsp. Italian seasoning	2 cups broccoli florets, 1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Pizza! Four Cheese
Classic Caesar Dressing	2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley; 1 tsp. dried basil leaves	4 plum tomatoes, seeded, chopped; 2 Tbsp. OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits
Creamy Poppyseed Dressing	2 cloves garlic, minced; 1/2 tsp. ground ginger	1 can (15-1/4 oz.) peach slices, drained; 1 cup frozen peas, thawed

Then follow our simple steps:

COOK chicken in hot oil in large covered skillet on medium-high heat 5 min. on each side or until browned on both sides.

STIR in 1/4 cup KRAFT Dressing, the broth and seasoning until well blended. Bring just to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 3 min. or until chicken is cooked through (165ºF).

ADD vegetables & add-ins; mix well. Cook 2 to 4 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.

Pound or use thin sliced boneless breasts for a more delicate texture. I sauteed sliced peppers and onions in 1T Greek salad dressing to soften before adding to cooked chicken. I also cooked chicken in salad dressing in place of oil to intensify flavoer. SUPERB!

Wow! This was terrific! I made the Greek version, only I substituted Kraft Sun-Dried Tomato dressing and omitted the chicken broth. Everything else remained the same. Scrumptious! It was delicious, simple and quick to make, and a definite 'recipe box keeper.'

I made the Italian version. I also added a little more cheese than the recipe called for originally. My entire family enjoyed it and voted it a "keeper". This is very quick and easy to make.

I made the Italian version. For my vegetables (the onion included of course) I chose brocoli, and bell pepper (red & orange). I added a 1/2 cup more of cheese. I served it as a main dish with fettucini alfredo on the side & garlic bread.....delicious!

Making meals healthier establishes the purpose while eating can also enjoy the tastebuds exciteability, we want to taste a tasty meal, healthy is the best for us all. Spicy sometimes describes this meal.

I made the Zesty Italian recipe with just a few changes: I parboiled cubed potatoes and baby carrots, doubled the sauce mixture and added the vegetables and sauce and simmered. A whole meal in one, just added rolls for a great dinner. Very tasty. Husband loved it!

I have never made another chicken dish that has tasted better! I combined the italian dressing with the tomatoes and bacon. It tasted better than many dishes I've had in restaurants! I don't believe that I cooked something this delicious. You MUST try this recipe!
