I made it with just cauliflower. The shake n bake was a littleover powering. My husband didn't think so. I would try bread crumbs next time. I also served it with fry sauce (mayo mixed with a little ketchup until pink). It is a Utah condiment. Over all it was good and would make again.

Now this one is a winner. I took a chance and tried it out on company. Rave reviews!

These were really good...besides the fact that they were a little burnt. Next time I won't cook them as long and/or turn the temp down. I will definitely make these again. Next time I would like to try the other suggestions from other cooks: pickles? I never thought to try :)

Wish I would have read the ratings before I made this one. It was aweful...very salty and yes, the shake-n-bake WAY over powered the veggies...tasted a little like chicken.

I liked this recipe except on the sweet potatoes, it changed the flavor too much, but it's good with broccoli, cauliflour, mushrooms. I tried just a regular batter with egg and flour, fried the sweet potatoes then sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar. Boy that was tasty!

I was very disapointed.

The shake-n-bake over powered the natural taste of the veggies.

I did substitute half the sour cream for yogurt for a healthier recipe.

Excellent. Also good with onion and zucinni.

This was so popular that it was gone in a 1/2 hour , both adults and children.
