This recipe has become a staple in our house. My husband LOVES it! I double the amount of shredded zucchini and leave off the bbq sauce, and it's perfect! I took it to some friends who just had a baby, and they raved.

when I first saw this recipe I said YUK then I read on and couldn't wait to make it.Good job to whomever thought of putting this together.DELISH keep up the good work

I left out the stuffing mix and the bbq sauce and just basted with herbs in olive oil. It was edible then.

My kids think this is the yummiest. Favorite meal of the week they look forward to it. I make it with cauliflower mash potatoes and green beans with rolls, mmmmmm so good.

I happen to think this is a very tasty meal, something me and my family never had. My husband was stunned until the last drop I do recommend this meal to families, Hey it's less than an hour to prepare and make.

This was a good recipe. I think I would have preferred it without the BBQ sauce on it though. The stuffing was outstanding. I did use boneless breasts and cut them and put the stuffing inside and it was really good. I will make this recipe again. Family loved it.

I had a hard time getting the stuffing under the skin and it didn't look as pretty but it tasted great

The stuffing was really good, but the chicken came out a little dry. I used chicken boneless, skinless breasts instead of whole chickens. I probably should have cut down the cook time or covered it with foil.
