this was a really easy to make recipe my hole family loved it with mashed potatoes on the side

This recipe was great, but I didn't use the Barbeque. I used 1/2 cup of Italian Dressing poured over leg quarters. Delicious!

I really liked this recipe because you get veggies in you and no one knows unless you tell them. I made it 2 times, once withe the BBQ sauce and once without. I would continue to do it without.

Made this the other evening and was disappointed. We only eat chicken breasts, so pounded them out and rolled this mixture inside - which worked well. We thought the filling was pretty dry and the sauce was more of a distraction. If I made this again, I'd use some other kind of marinade instead of BBQ sauce, but then it wouldn't really be the same recipe!!

A wonderful new way to prepare Chicken. Putting the stuffing under the skin is a great idea, and it was YUMMY.

i would use low sodium stuffing mix and would stuff the whole bird. stuffing quarters is a little awkward.
