it was good, i just wished it had held a little more of the bar b que flavor in the skin

My husband is a picky eater, but he liked this recipe. FYI - I had 4 leg quarters and only used about 1/4 of the zucchini/stuffing mix. Next time, I will at least cut the stuffing in half. Very good, though.

I love the flavor! However I always have to cook my chicken for about 15-30 minutes longer than it says.

This was FABULOUS. I didn't have BBQ sauce so I used a ginger/garlic marinade. My family loved the meal, I emailed it to my friends and family it was that good.

This is a wonderful, tasty and easy recipe. I have made it already 3 times and will make it every 2 weeks.

This recipe is very easy and very good. Next time, though, I think I'll skip the BBQ sauce, because the skin gets brown & crispy and that's how we like it.

This recipe is delicious. I have made it for my family and for dinner guests. Everyone loved it. I never cared for dark meat on chicken,however I make this recipe using leg quarters and the chicken is so juicy and tender. GREAT!!!
