I fudged the recipe a bit. Didn't have any pesto so, just made the filling like lasagna added parsley flakes and also tore up some fresch spinach and added in there. Went with skim ricotta chs and part skim mozzarella to make it a little healthier. I think I used more than 2 cups sauce, just used about 2/3 - 3/4 of a jar. Turned out delicious and good left over too!
