I used Italian Mixed frozen veggies instead of the called for veggies. It was still very good. A great low-cal recipe that my husband and I both liked and will make again.

The first time I made it, it turned out really good. The second time just so-so. Not sure what I did differently, but I'm willing to try it again.

Fantastic. Super easy to make and very quick from start to finish. My kids loved it, and my husband said this was the best meal I've ever made. (And he's never said that before.)

this recipe was awesome the whole family loved including my picky 2 year old daughter. i added a pinch of salt and some extra parmesan cheese though.
