I really don't think this recipe needs another review but since I took the time to make it, why not! Before I made it, I did read some of the prior reviews and made a few tiny modifications to the recipe. When I browned the beef, I added chopped onions, garlic, salt, and pepper to taste. Also, I didn't have parsley so I substituted with basil (a great replacement for italian dishes but a bit stronger in taste). As for the lasagna noodles, I used regular noodles, there's no need to buy the special "for baking" lasagna noodles...you'll save a little bit of money there since you always pay a little extra for those special noodles. Also, I found the lasagna a bit on the dry side (I like my lasagna a bit more saucy) , so next time, I'll add more sauce as the noodles must have soaked a lot of it up. Overall, a great basic recipe that you can tweak to make it your own! :)
