Quite simply, the only lasagna recipe you'll ever need. With an ooey gooey cheesy melt, ground beef and marinara, it's a tried and true crowd-pleaser.

What You Need

lb. ground beef

cups KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese, divided

container (15 oz.) POLLY-O Natural Part Skim Ricotta Cheese

1/2

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided

1/4

cup chopped fresh parsley

egg, beaten

jar (24 oz.) spaghetti sauce

cup water

lasagna noodles, uncooked

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

BROWN meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Meanwhile, mix 1-1/4 cups mozzarella, ricotta, 1/4 cup Parmesan, parsley and egg until blended.

DRAIN meat; return to skillet. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Add 1 cup water to empty sauce jar; cover with lid and shake well. Add to meat mixture; stir until blended. Spread 1 cup meat sauce onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish; top with layers of 3 lasagna noodles, 1/3 of the ricotta cheese mixture and 1 cup meat sauce. Repeat layers twice. Top with remaining noodles, meat sauce and cheeses. Cover with foil sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 1 hour or until heated through, removing foil after 45 min. Let stand 15 min. before cutting to serve.

Substitute

Substitute 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach for the browned ground beef. Thaw spinach; squeeze out excess liquid. Prepare as directed, covering each ricotta layer with 1/3 of the spinach.

Shortcut

Adding water to the sauce helps cook the traditional noodles during baking, so you don't have to cook them beforehand. This saves you 15 to 20 minutes of prep time.

Easy and good. Will probably combine amandamikey and amylynn's review suggestions next time and add some onion and garlic powder to the beef, and add italian sausage as well. But this is a great recipe, and i'm sure i'll make it again.

This is going to be a new family staple! It was fairly easy to make and really was delicious. Even my kids who normally don't eat Stouffer's Lasagna enjoyed this recipe. I look forward to experimenting with various spices as I make it more, but as-is, this is a great family meal!

Perfect, easy, delicious. I add one 8 oz can of tomato sauce because I like my lasagna a little saucy.

We LOVED this!! Everyone gobbled it up. There was a couple al dente noodles but I think I may have taken it out a little to early. Delicious.

The absolute best lasagna I've ever made. I used basil instead of parsley and it was outstanding. Don't use cheap or low-fat ingredients and it will be amazing. I've made this several times and its wonderful. I can't wait to make again!!

I added some chopped onion and garlic to the meat. Otherwise very Yummy!!!! One review from the family was said to be "fantabulous!!"
