Quite simply, the only lasagna recipe you'll ever need. With an ooey gooey cheesy melt, ground beef and marinara, it's a tried and true crowd-pleaser.

I really don't think this recipe needs another review but since I took the time to make it, why not! Before I made it, I did read some of the prior reviews and made a few tiny modifications to the recipe. When I browned the beef, I added chopped onions, garlic, salt, and pepper to taste. Also, I didn't have parsley so I substituted with basil (a great replacement for italian dishes but a bit stronger in taste). As for the lasagna noodles, I used regular noodles, there's no need to buy the special "for baking" lasagna noodles...you'll save a little bit of money there since you always pay a little extra for those special noodles. Also, I found the lasagna a bit on the dry side (I like my lasagna a bit more saucy) , so next time, I'll add more sauce as the noodles must have soaked a lot of it up. Overall, a great basic recipe that you can tweak to make it your own! :)

Very good. I love not having to boil the noodles, that's what always prevents me from making it from the first place. To make extra sure, I soak the noodles in warm water before I layer. I also made with spicy sausages, which was very delicious.

Love this recipe, kids ate it up! Next time I might add in some spinach just to sneak in some veggies!

Excellent recipe-- my family couldn't get enough, which is quite the compliment since my hubby doesn't usually like homemade italian food! I used spicy italian sausage instead of ground beef but kept everything else the same. We will definitely make this again at my house. :)

This is such a simple and delicious lasagna to make! I add more mozzarella to the top because we like it really cheesy...and I also add some garlic, oregano, onion salt and pepepper to the ground beef when frying just to give it a richer taste. I have made this twice and will make again.
