Mediterranean Chicken & Sausage

This was a very tasty and satisfying dish! My two young boys even ate it without a fight! It did thicken up pretty well for me. Not sure if this made a difference or not but I used warm water and dissolved the cornstarch and made sure it came to a boil to get the most out of the cornstarch. I would definately make this recipe again!

My family liked this recipe, but it was a bit runny. Didn't thicken up as per recipe. I will cut down the broth next time. Chicken falls off the bone and is very tasty. Need to skim the fat also.

This recipe had really great flavor. The only thing I would change is adding less chicken broth in. I assume its suppose to thicken up with using the constarach...it didnt'' and it was much too "watery" for my taste. I also found this a pretty easy recipe to prepare...not to long to cook and not too many ingredients.

Dear Friends, I have not yet tried any reciprs because I'm new to the game(for lack of a better phrase), but because I am a school food service assistant and I love cooking and watching people enjoy their meal I can't wait to try this dish and from what I read of the ingredients I would definitely cook it more than once. the mushroom part. Yummy!
Anyways.......As soon as I get home this
weekend, and go to the grocery store, I'm
going to cook this meal for my roommate and
I. He loves sausage and we both love
chicken. He is not big on mushrooms, but
that's ok. More for me! I hope you
send me your free magizine and whatever else
you can. It would be nice to get some
cooking ideas since I love to eat delicious
