Very good and easy. Not much meat in the soup, so I always make Grilled Chicken Wraps (from this site) together it makes a great meal.

Loved this twist on a classic soup. I used tortilla chips to dip also. Will make often for a quick lunch.

soooo simple and delicious!! use whatever salsa youd like and it just adds that extra kick for those cold winter evenings, goes great with cornbread.

I made this in my crockpot but I added a ton of chicken stock and a can of corn. I also added more salsa and I think the next time I make it I'm going to add more rice... but it was very easy and very tasty!

This recipe was so quick, so easy and very cheap to make. I used Taco Bells Thick n Chunky medium salsa and it really heated up the flavor. I would make this again.

i made this for lunch once and it was really good. i would suggest (if you have four or more people) to double it. i had four people in my family and i doubled it & it was just enough! i got a mild salsa, but i thought it would've been better with medium or hot. next time, i plan on making my own chicken & rice soup!

My family loves this recipe. So quick and yet it tastes like I made it from scratch. I usually serve it with quesadillas.

Needs some more spice to it - add cilantro or garlic?
