This was delicious! I tried it with a cinnamon raisin english muffin and maple flavored bacon. It has become one of my breakfast favorites. It tastes like a home-cooked breakfast, but only makes one dish dirty!

I love this! The only problem is getting the egg to stay on the muffin. I have made it numerous times and only twice had it stay put.

Absolutely fantastic. It's so easy and versatile. I used sausage instead of bacon, and it turned out great.

Now days who has time for breakfast? But with this recipe I have to stop and enjoy breakfast again. Love this recipe, it brings us all to the talbe every morning

It was hard to keep the egg on the muffin so i dug out a little hole in one side of the muffin to help keep the egg in place while it cooked. my husband and kids liked it a lot

My husband and I love this sandwich and have it for breakfast regularly. I think it's better than fast food!

Really good, but we used sausage patties instead of bacon. Yummy!

I spray a small microwave safe dish with cooking spray, then crack the egg into it and scramble it. Microwave for about 1 minute or until egg is all the way cooked. Then I add that on top of a toasted english muffin with the cheese and it comes out very good. And you don't have to worry about cracking the egg on muffin.

This was a hit at my house. It is very easy to make. We also subsituted canadian bacon for the bacon in the recipe. It rivals any fast food breakfast out there.
