This is fast, easy and gives me the time to sit down and eat an actual breakfast, and I'm not a big breakfast eater... My kids loved them, it was a nice change of pace !

So fast and easy and delicious! I didn't have pre-cooked bacon so just microwaved bacon first. I substituted hamburger roll for the English muffin.

This was the yummiest recipe EVER! Everyone loved it, even those who were on a low-cholesterol diet, the only thing i did different was us just egg whites, and reduced fat cheese! Believe me, it is MUCH quicker than fast food!

I toasted the english muffin first and put mayo on both sides to make it less dry. It was delicious, quick, and easy to make!

If I make this again I will toast the English Muffin first. The muffing became very soggy in the microwave. It also needs some kind of sauce on it. It was really dry.

This has been our traditional Christmas breakfast about 20+ years. It's great with a hamburger bun, too! AAA+++
