SO much better than a dry cereal bar! I wasn't eating breakfast because I didn't have time; now I eat one of these every morning on my way to work! (My husband's been eating them, too)

Very yummy. I do scramble the egg instead of microwave it because I don't care for hard fried/cooked eggs. My husband loves it. I also use Canadian bacon to vary to recipe.

Hubby lived it, and it's easy enough for him to make it too.

Also very good with scrambled eggs and a sausage patty on the english muffin.

My husband loves fast food breakfast. Since I made this recipe he is in love it and likes helping me with the recipe. Anything that get the man in the kitchen get a Triple A +.

My family eats it with ham instead of the bacon. Eggs cook perfectly. Remove from micro plate asap.

I found it a little bit hard to get the egg to stay on the english muffin, so I just put it on a plate and put it in the microwave for 40 seconds and then put it on the english muffin. Also I toasted my muffin before. Otherwise, I'm eating it now and it's great! You could probably also use those ready to eat sausages, instead of bacon.

I made the egg on the frying pan as others have mentioned. Instead of putting bacon on the muffin, I used round sausage patties. We like McDonalds Egg McMuffins once in awhile, and this home made one tasted just like it, only better!

This recipe is great...i make them in the morning before work because it is so quick. I prefer to use the canadian bacon slices on mine.
