To add a little spice to this recipe use Mexican or Cajun style stewed tomatoes, it's really great.

Very good my husband loved it. I add red and green peppers a little garlic powder and fresh tomatoes. I cooked the recipe in prachment paper in a 350 oven on a cookie sheet for easy clean up.

this was so easy and it was terrific. Even my mother-in=law liked it and was going to serve it. Will definitely make this dinner again. A big hit

This is a satisfying meal with lots of flavor, but it's lite and very waist friendly. An ideal dish for someone who's watching their figure. I served this dish to a friend who hated seafood, he loved it.

I used whiting, the meal was good. My seven yr. old enjoyed it as well. Added a little salt.

I will leave out the olives next time and go for a different fish. Mine came out a little fishy tasting.
