I added Velveeta Light to the soup - much better than topping it off with cheese; I also added some sprinkles of premade bacon bits to the top;

I added extra cheese and melted it right into the soup. Maybe not as healthy, but my husband LOVED it! He requested it again the next day!!

I thought it was really good... although I think it was missing something... Hubby thought it tasted to much like broccolli... Haha... he don't care for broccoli that much...

I tweaked this recipe a little...did not puree but used petite broccoli florets...added a can of cheddar cheese soup...added additional chicken boullion granules because recipe called for condensed chicken broth and I used standard chicken broth...and regular cheddar cheese to top it off...my family loved it!!!!

Great! Easy! The only thing that I changed was that I blender have of the soup. While I was blendin it I added 3/4 cup of Sharp Cheddar to the blender and the soup. I mixed the blended part with the unblended part and great. I also let the soup cook alot longer since I did not use minute rice.

I liked it, but the recipe was alittle bland. I added salt & pepper. Nice texture, and really filling.
