This recipe was easy to make and SO delicious! I used very small noodles and I think I will use less water and add more milk next time for a thicker consistency (with the noodles). I love broccoli soup and this was perfect!

This soup is good. I added a cup of cheese to soup while warming thru after blending, then more cheese as garnish when I served it. Also added just a shake of cayenne pepper to jazz it up a bit.

I would think the measurements would be the same, but the nutritional values (calories, etc.) would increase.

The soup was very bland and tastless. This kind of soup is one of my favorits, but, not this one. Won't make again. It's a wast of money.

SINCE I NEVER USE FAT FREE PRODUCTS, CAN I USE REGULAR ITALIAN DRESSING, 2% MILK, AND REGULAR CHEDDER CHEESE, AND IF SO WOULD THE MEASUREMENTS BE THE SAME.

This recipe is fantastic! Use 2 c of shredded sharp cheddar. If you don't cook the veggies completely, it will be lumpy. Only fill the blender half full to avoid burns and explosions. Use the pulse/blend and blend at least a couple of times in small batches. My kids love this and there is never enough to go around even with a double recipe.

I would have to make some serious adjustments to this recipe. It was very tasteless.

My family wouldn't eat it, and I am not usually picky but I didnt enjoy it. The taste was off and I had to add a LOT more cheese to even taste it, and it also broke my blender.
