This soup was really good and easy to make! Instead of the low cal dressing I added and good seasons regular italian and use whole milk instead of non fat because thats what I had on hand and It came out to be pretty good! My family loved it!

this soup is very good once you blend in some salt, 4 ounces of cream cheese and a total of 3 cups of sharp cheddar cheese. i will make it again.

I was drawn to the recipe because it was lower in fat than most others. However, it was extremely bland and required major modifications like added salt and cheese.

It was really good , I added a little bit of salt and cheese to the soup it helped out a lot with the flavor . I would make it again !!!

This recipe was fast and easy. I added a full 10 oz. of shredded cheese though to give it more cheddar taste. I also added a few of the very small broccoli heads to the last 5 minutes of cooking. Husband loved it.

I didn't use lowfat cheese because regular cheese was all we had. It tasted really good though and my picky hubby loved it.

It doesn't have alot of flavor. I will have to try adding some additional spices next time I make this recipe.
