I DON'T NEED TO GO TO A RESTAURANT ANYMORE TO EAT BROCCOLI SOUP. THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE RECIPE AND IS DELICIOUS.

This recipe was good but it needed to be creamier. I also added a little velveeta cheese at the end. Next time I might use cream instead of milk.

Broccoli and Cheese soup has always been a favorite of mine and this was very good.

I used College Inn Chicken broth (keeping the liquid ratio the same) instead of the condensed broth because that is what I had on hand. I also used 2% milk instead of the fat free milk. This soup really tasted pretty good. I was light and fresh. I think it might also taste good chilled.
